3. Restaurant Information

Restaurant information displayed in Dishcover is sourced from the Google Places API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Always verify details directly with the restaurant.

4. User Content

By uploading a profile photo, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the app. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Dishcover name, logo, and app design are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dishcover is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
